Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a 14-day refund window for digital products, subject to the following conditions:
Once a digital product has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless the product is materially different from its description, or the content is defective.
If you cancel a studio service booking before any work has commenced or before a session has been scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once a studio session has taken place or mixing/mastering work has commenced, refunds are not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will provide revisions in accordance with your package terms free of charge.
If you fail to attend a scheduled studio session without 48 hours' notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Stripe processing fees (typically 1.4–2.9% + 30p) may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we believe the policy is being abused, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same or similar products.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For digital content, you have the right to cancel within 14 days unless you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing your right to cancel.
