An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
Digital products (courses, tutorials) are delivered electronically via email or a provided access link within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout.
Upon confirmed payment, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your session or begin work. Turnaround times are specified in each product listing.
All original music, recordings, and content produced in our studio sessions remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Course materials, tutorials, and educational content created by DIANASTEPINA LTD remain our intellectual property and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without prior written consent.
You agree not to use our services to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIANASTEPINA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
