What genres do you work with? ▾
We work across all genres — electronic, hip-hop, R&B, pop, indie, rock, singer-songwriter, classical, and more. Our engineers adapt their approach to suit the sonic language of your music, not the other way around.
How do I book a recording session? ▾
Purchase your desired studio session package through our shop. Once payment is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your session at our London studio or arrange a remote session. We typically have availability within 48 hours of booking.
What file formats do you deliver for mixing and mastering? ▾
We deliver WAV files at 24-bit/44.1kHz or 24-bit/48kHz as standard. We also provide MP3s for reference listening, and can deliver stems, DDP masters for CD production, or streaming-optimised formats upon request. Just let us know your requirements when you place your order.
How many revisions are included? ▾
The number of revisions depends on the package you purchase — it's always clearly stated in each product description. Typically, our standard mixing and mastering packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.
Can I work remotely with your studio if I'm not in London? ▾
Absolutely. Many of our clients are based internationally. For mixing and mastering, simply send us your audio files digitally. For recording sessions, we can accommodate remote vocal direction via video call, or recommend local studios in your area that meet our technical standards.
Online Courses & Digital Products
What skill level are your courses designed for? ▾
We offer courses for all levels — from complete beginners who've never opened a DAW, to intermediate producers looking to refine specific skills, to advanced engineers seeking specialist knowledge in areas like spectral mastering or advanced sound design. Each course clearly states its prerequisite level.
Which DAW (software) do your courses use? ▾
Our courses primarily use Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, and FL Studio — the three most widely used professional DAWs. The musical concepts and techniques taught are universally applicable, and we note where instructions differ between platforms.
How long do I have access to course content after purchasing? ▾
All digital course purchases come with lifetime access. You can revisit the material as many times as you like, at your own pace, forever. We also provide free updates whenever course content is refreshed or expanded.
Do I receive a certificate on course completion? ▾
Yes — all our structured course packages include a digital certificate of completion from DIANASTEPINA LTD. These certificates are signed by our lead instructor and can be shared on LinkedIn or included in your portfolio.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Can I add multiple products to one order? ▾

What is your refund policy? ▾
